Every WhatsApp Business API provider bills template messages per message on top of the platform fee. These charges usually make up most of the bill once you send in volume.

MetaReach bills Meta's per-message charges on top of the ₹7,999 plan, and your written quote states the rate for each category. Ask any provider you compare for their marketing, utility and authentication rates in writing.
Say a retailer sends 10,000 marketing messages a month. On AiSensy's listed rate of ₹1.09, message charges come to ₹10,900 a month. At Meta's published rate of about ₹0.86, the same messages cost about ₹8,600, a difference of roughly ₹2,300 a month, or about ₹6,900 over 3 months, before any provider charges on top. That is close to the whole MetaReach plan fee.
At low volumes the picture flips: a business sending a few hundred messages a month will usually pay less on AiSensy Basic, because its plan fee is lower.

For businesses sending thousands of marketing messages a month, per-message charges matter more than the plan fee, so compare the per-message rate for each category. MetaReach's WhatsApp Business API plan costs ₹7,999 for 3 months plus GST, with Meta's per-message charges billed on top.
AiSensy's help centre lists Basic at ₹1,500 a month and Pro at ₹3,200 a month, plus GST, with lower rates on yearly billing. Add-ons include a chatbot builder at ₹2,500 a month and an AI agent builder at ₹1,350 a month. Per-message charges are billed separately.
