Meta Reach Marketing provides a range of business communication and digital marketing services from our base in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. These include:

• Bulk SMS marketing — promotional, transactional, and OTP SMS
• WhatsApp Business API — verified messaging, chatbots, and broadcast campaigns
• WhatsApp marketing services
• IVR systems, OBD voice calls, and toll-free numbers
• Email marketing and lead management
• SEO, PPC advertising, social media marketing, and website design
• CRM tools, SMPP connectivity, and API integration

We may add, modify, or discontinue any service or feature at any time. Service availability can vary depending on your location and applicable regulations.

2. Your Responsibilities as a User

When you use our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering or submitting data
• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in line with TRAI, DLT, and Meta's messaging policies
• Not send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or content that is harmful, misleading, or illegal
• Not use our services for any activity that violates Indian law or the rights of others

We reserve the right to restrict or suspend accounts that repeatedly breach these responsibilities, without prior notice.

3. Communication Consent

When you fill out a contact or enquiry form on our website, you agree to receive communications from Meta Reach Marketing. These may include SMS, WhatsApp messages, emails, or phone calls related to your enquiry, your active services, or relevant promotions.

You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by contacting our support team. Opting out of promotional messages won't affect transactional or service-related messages linked to your active account.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Meta Reach Marketing website — including text, images, logos, trademarks, and software — is owned by Meta Reach Marketing or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of our content without our written permission.

Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action. We take brand protection seriously and will pursue infringement where necessary.

5. Payments and Refund Policy

All payments made for Meta Reach Marketing services are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing or required by law. Before purchasing, please review our service descriptions and pricing carefully — it's your responsibility to confirm the plan suits your needs.

If you have a billing dispute or believe a refund is warranted, raise it with our team within 7 calendar days of the service activation date. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Requests submitted after this window will not be considered.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided without guarantees of specific business results. Meta Reach Marketing will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — our services. This includes losses from service interruptions, data loss, or unauthorised access to your account.

By using our services, you accept these limitations. If liability does arise, our total obligation to you is capped at the amount you paid us in the six months prior to the event in question.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time — to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we do, we'll update the “Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of our website or services after any update means you accept the revised terms. We recommend checking this page periodically so you stay informed.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. That said, no online system is completely immune to risk. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials and login details confidential.

Once access is terminated, your right to use our services ends immediately. Account data may be deleted in line with our data retention policies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from your use of Meta Reach Marketing's services will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delhi NCR. By using our services, you consent to this jurisdiction.

You agree to defend and hold harmless Meta Reach Marketing, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from your breach of these terms, your violation of applicable law, or misuse of our services.

12. Force Majeure

Meta Reach Marketing is not liable for service delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These include natural disasters, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, power outages, or civil disturbances. In such cases, we may suspend or limit services until normal operations resume.
