Disclosed Confirmation Only
If the published notice says the caller will receive an SMS confirmation, one can be sent using a registered DLT template. Any other or later contact needs the permission described at the point of collection.

Storage, Retention and Follow-Up Permission
Stored: the caller's number, call time and the number they dialled. If an integration is configured, the same record is sent to the campaign's own system.
Retention: the retention period is agreed at setup and should be stated in the notice published with the number. See the privacy policy.
Follow-up: an inbound missed call is not blanket permission for later messaging. Contact beyond the disclosed purpose needs separate permission, and promotional SMS remains subject to DND preferences.
