Lead capture
Collect name, city, budget and product interest from ad clicks or broadcast replies, in one form instead of a long back-and-forth.
WhatsApp Business API
Let customers fill a lead form, book an appointment or request a quote in a few taps, without leaving WhatsApp. MetaReach designs, builds, connects and sends your WhatsApp Flows.
WhatsApp Flows are Meta's in-chat forms on the WhatsApp Business Platform. A customer taps a button in a WhatsApp message and a form-like screen opens with text fields, dropdowns, date pickers and option lists. They submit, and the data reaches your business. MetaReach designs the screens, builds the Flow, connects it to your systems where needed and sends it through your WhatsApp Business API account.
Collect name, city, budget and product interest from ad clicks or broadcast replies, in one form instead of a long back-and-forth.
Let patients, students or customers pick a service, date and time slot. With a live endpoint, only available slots are shown.
Take inputs such as amount, tenure or vehicle details and return a quote or plan options inside the chat.
Register users for events, webinars, loyalty programmes or new accounts, including an opt-in checkbox for future messages.
Send a short rating and comments screen after delivery, a visit or a support chat.
Ask about needs and budget, then recommend products and follow up with an offer message.

Flows and chatbots work well together: a WhatsApp chatbot can answer questions and open a Flow when it needs structured details, then hand the chat to an agent in a shared team inbox.
We map the fields, screens and what happens after submission.
We lay out the screens with the right inputs and clear wording.
We create the Flow in Meta's Flow JSON and publish it on your account.
For live data, we set up an encrypted endpoint and send responses to your CRM, sheet or system.
We send it in an approved template or as a reply in an open chat, and track completions.
Static Flows show fixed screens and options, and send the customer's answers back when they submit. They suit simple lead forms, surveys and sign-ups.
Endpoint Flows exchange data with your server while the customer is filling the form, using encryption specified by Meta. They are used to show available slots, live prices or stock, check entries, and change the next screen based on earlier answers.
WhatsApp Flows are Meta's structured, multi-screen forms that open inside a WhatsApp chat. Customers can enter text, pick dates, choose options from lists and submit, without leaving WhatsApp or opening a website.
A chatbot asks questions one message at a time. A Flow opens a form-like screen where the customer fills several fields together, such as name, date, time slot and preference, and submits once. Many businesses use both: the chatbot handles conversation and opens a Flow when structured details are needed.
You need a WhatsApp Business API account. Meta also requires the business to be verified and to maintain high message quality to send Flows to customers. MetaReach sets up the API account and helps with business verification.
A Flow is delivered inside a WhatsApp message, so Meta charges for that message by its category, such as marketing or utility, or treats it as a service reply within the 24-hour customer service window. MetaReach's design and build work is quoted separately based on the number of screens and integrations.
Yes. A Flow can be connected to an endpoint on your server, which exchanges encrypted data with the Flow while the customer fills it. This is used to show real-time slots, stock or quotes and to validate entries.
